           This Study proves that carrot and lemon is alternative product that can be used for Whitening and lessening the excessive sweats on the armpit. A natural way of making your lifestyle convenient and  affordable.




INTRODUCTION

    Nowadays people change and as well as lifestyle.Through the years, our world have become modern. It make things easy and possible. Though almost had been discovered yet there are still unanswerable questions and it's quite mysterious. 
         Just like having minor problem such us our skin and it's odor. There are some way to solve your problem but so forth for that, here are some PROs  of Carrot and Calamansi that help us defined and Differentiate it's uses.

This is a truly versatile vegetable and an excellent source of vitamins B and C as well as calcium pectate, an extraordinary pectin fibre that has been found to have cholesterol-lowering properties.

Carrots are one of the best sources of carotene which is a strong antioxidant, but carrots also contain other phenolic compounds that are antioxidants. The phenolic compounds are located in the skin of fruit and vegetables, many of which are removed by peeling prior to processing.

The carrot is an herbaceous plant containing about 87% water, rich in mineral salts and vitamins (B,C,D,E).

Lemonsito is commonly known as "Calamansi". A Tree that live in a tropical country especially in the Philippines.  It is rich in phosphorous, calcium, iron and Vitamin C or ascorbic acid. It is the most popular and most commonly used citrus fruit in the country.

METHODOLOGY 

Needs:
1/4 cup of an Orange carrot
30 ml of Calamansi 
Blender
pan
water

Process:

1.) Peel off the carrot and cut it
2.) Put it on the Pan and Boil it.
3.) While boiling, wash the calamansi then cut into half and  squeeze it in a strainer.
4.) Blend the Carrot and Calamansi 
5.) And you can already apply it on the armpit after taking a bath.
6.) Make sure you're already dry.
